Are the tests scientifically validated?

Our tests are not clinical or diagnostic; therefore they are not comparable to medical allergy tests.

They are designed to support lifestyle and wellbeing choices.

Do you offer blood testing or IgG testing?

No — we no longer offer blood-based testing.

Our service is based solely on non-invasive hair sample analysis.

How accurate is the test?

Our testing method is a wellness screening approach and should not be interpreted as a clinical diagnosis.

It is intended to support personal wellbeing exploration.

How does the hair testing process work?

You send us a small hair sample.

We analyse it using non-medical bioresonance technology to identify potential
energetic responses to a wide range of foods and environmental items.

Is this a medical test?

No. Our hair test is a complementary wellness screening tool and is not a medical test.

If you are concerned about symptoms, please consult a qualified medical professional.

What is included in the test?

Your purchase includes a full digital sensitivity report and general wellness guidance based on a small hair sample you send to us.

What technology do you use?

Your hair sample is analysed using non-invasive bioresonance-based technology.

No needles, blood samples, or physical test kits are required.

SENDING YOUR SAMPLE

Can I send dyed or treated hair?

Yes, coloured or chemically treated hair is fine.

How do I send my hair sample?

After purchase, you’ll receive instructions by email.

You simply cut a small sample and mail it to the address provided.

How much hair do I need to send?

A small amount, around 4–5 strands is usually enough.

If your hair is very short, you may send a slightly larger sample.

What if I have no head hair?

You may send body hair (arms, legs, chest, beard). Do not send pubic hair.

What if my sample gets lost?

If we do not receive your sample, we will contact you and help you send a replacement.

Where is my sample processed?

Samples are processed by our own laboratories or trusted international partner facilities, all of which follow strict internal quality-control standards.

We do not publish specific lab locations.

How long will results take?

Most results are delivered digitally within 5–7 days of receiving your sample.
