Regions we serve
We ship to the United Kingdom, European Union (including Ireland), United States, Australia, and New Zealand.
We do not ship to or from Canada.

Fulfilment hubs
Orders are shipped from our warehouses in the United Kingdom, Ireland, United States, and Australia.

Typical delivery times:

• United Kingdom: Tracked 2-5 business days (processing 1–2 business days). Free shipping for all UK orders over £35.
• EU/Ireland: 3–7 business days.
• United States: 3–7 business days.
• Australia/New Zealand: 5-10 business days.

Actual timelines may vary due to customs, holidays, weather, or courier capacity.

Tracking & delays
Tracking details are emailed once shipped (where available).
If delayed or marked delivered but not received, contact us within 7 days at info@testmyfoodsensitivity.com.

For Australia and New Zealand, where tracking is not provided, delivery delays must be reported within 21 days of dispatch.

Customs, duties & taxes
International customers are responsible for any import duties/taxes.

Damaged or lost parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, send photos within 7 days. Confirmed lost parcels will be replaced or refunded.
