We ship to the United Kingdom.
We do not ship physical test kits, or health tests to or from any other country.

Unless you purchase a physical test kit, or health test, no test kit will be mailed to you as our sensitivity tests are digital tests.

Fulfilment hubs
Orders are shipped from our warehouses in the United Kingdom.

Typical delivery times:

• United Kingdom: Tracked 2-5 business days (processing 1–2 business days). Free shipping for all UK orders over £35.

Actual timelines may vary due to customs, holidays, weather, or courier capacity.

Tracking & delays
Tracking details are emailed once shipped (where available).
If delayed or marked delivered but not received, contact us within 7 days at info@testmyfoodsensitivity.com.

Customs, duties & taxes
International customers are responsible for any import duties/taxes.

Damaged or lost parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, send photos within 7 days. Confirmed lost parcels will be replaced or refunded.
