Easy to use home test, though pricking your finger is always a little bit nervewracking and I find it's often bruised for a few days afterwards. Results came back negative which is reassuring.

It's very easy to use with clear written instructions and also clear pictures to guide you through the test. A small sterile alcohol swab is used to clean the finger. The lance does sting a little but that's to be expected. It's a bit awkward one handed to collect a spot of blood from your finger and add to the solution so have everything open and ready to start with. The test reacted very quickly. This is a useful diagnostic tool but results should be checked by a separate test with a doctor. It seems reasonable value for money.

This is a great way of checking where or not you might possibly be coeliac-obviously a doctor is the best person to diagnose this but as a way of discounting something, this is definitely worth a try. I had stomach issues and had bowel screening tests and one of them showed some inflammation markers so wanted a few further checks. This is a good value test that I found quite effective! The only difficulty is getting enough blood for the test as you do need a good amount! Thankfully the test was negative so put my mind at ease and means I can look at other possibilities now for my digestive issues.

I got this test as I thought I may well have a gluten intolerance at the very least due to my symptoms, but the test gave me the all clear.The test kit contains everything you need; the instructions are easy to follow. The result is ready in 10 minutesDo be aware though that if you are already on a gluten free diet then the test will be inaccurate as you cannot test something that isn't present in your blood

I ordered this test because I get allot of muscle aches and other symptoms, which I noticed decreased when I cut down on gluten. I saw this test and thought, I may as well give it a go.I expected a negative result if I'm honest but was just doing it because I always blame my symptoms on another autoimmune condition I have.The test was pretty easy to do with clear instructions. It's a good idea to read them thoroughly before starting, so you know what you're doing. The prick of the finger made me jump a little but it is so quick, it only hurts for a split second.The test seemed to work correctly, a dark line showed on the C and then after about 5minutes, a faint line showed on the T, which was very unexpected. Thanks to this test, I may well have found out the trigger for allot of my symptoms. I tested this as a Vine reviewer, however this is good value and is well worth the price. I would have paid full price for this.I will be getting a follow up test with my GP, so will update the review when I find out if a proper test aligns with the results of this one.Overall I'm very happy with this test because it may be the first step towards improving my health, thanks to the test results giving me this important information.

Priced at £10I'm pretty experienced with this type of test as I've reviewed a whole bunch of different ones. This one is well made and relatively easy to use.The instructions are in good english and do tell you exactly what you need to do. A video probably would help people who haven't done this type of test before but so long as you pay attention to the instructions you should be fine. If you're not used to it you just have to be a little bit brave.I suggest getting someone to help you because its fiddly doing things like handling the bottle if you've got a drop of blood still on your finger etc and having an extra pair of hands makes it all that much less stressful.You unscrew the pricker and press your finger against it. I had just washed my hands with warm water so my fingers were ready to bleed, but the pricker here is quite powerful and I didn't have to squeeze my finger at all before a big drop had formed and I needed a plaster afterwards.The pricker intensity was a bit of a shock to me and as I say I'm quite used to these tests, so you need to be a little bit brave but its really not that bad, just a small prick.It is better than not being able to get enough blood out and having to squeeze your fingers for ages trying to milk enough blood out and then worrying that the test wont be accurate and you wasted your money. Many people are likely to have thicker skin than me as well.You use the capillary tube which you press horizontally on your blood drop and it sucks it up without having to do anything at all. It seemed to automatically stop at the black line which was great.Then you drop in the mixer bottle, (unscrew it lower down to open) by squeezing the pipette bulb and then close and swirl it around for 10 seconds and then undo the top screw top to reveal the dropper and turn it upside down and drip 3 drops in the well marked S on the test cassette.Now wait 10 minutes and read the result. Mine was negative which is good to know.

This is very easy to use and read the results- its basically a covid test with blood. everything you need and 2 lancets incase you mess the first one up which i did so that was good.

This set is simple to use at home, just a small finger-prick and a few minutes wait.The instructions were clear and the result was easy to read, which felt reassuring.That said, I understand this kind of test can’t replace a doctor, if it’s positive or symptoms stay, you still need proper blood testing and possibly more checks. However, it’s a useful first check.

Great test. It's very easy to carry out and the instructions are clear and simple to understand. Test takes about two minutes to do and the results take about five to ten minutes to appear, so this is a great alternative for people who don't want to wait for results to come back from a lab. Price for the test is also really affordable. Absolutely nothing negative to say about it

Very easy to use. Instructions nice and clear with pictues as well. Very easy to follow. Results were nice and easy to read of the stick thats like a covod test tester.

This test is very easy to use, and the results are easy to interpret too (the same way as covid tests). However, some people might have 'issues' with tests like these because they require drawing blood. I had no issues drawing blood from my finger - but I've done such tests before, so I had no problems with squeezing my finger quite hard to get the blood flowing.If you're having trouble getting blood to flow, you do need to squeeze your finger quite hard to get it flowing - don't worry, you won't burst your finger lol. Results are quick, more or less like the covid tests.

Easy to use home test, clear instructions, you have to prick your finger and collect a blood sample, you don't see the needle but obviously you know it's coming if that helps anyone who has a phobia. Test results available quickly, mine was negative, no idea if thats accurate or not because I'm looking into it and have no diagnosis so I'll need to wait for the Dr to confirm I don't have it.

I recently tried the Celiac Test Kit (NHS Approved) and was really impressed with how simple and accurate it was. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, even for someone who’s never used a home test before. The whole process took less than 10 minutes from start to finish, and the results were easy to read and understand.

Great test kit. Very clear instructions and easy to use.Provided lancets are very sharp and powerful, and make it easy to obtain a sufficient blood sample to carry out the test. The capillary tube dropper is ideal for collecting the sample and much easier to use than some similar kits which just include miniature pipette droppers which are not ideal for collecting blood droplets. I didn’t experience any issues with blood coagulating in the collection tube either which is another hazard with other types of dropper.Carrying out the test itself is very easy - use the lancet to puncture a fingertip, fill the capillary dropper to the line from the resulting blood droplet, use the bulb to push the blood sample out into the provided bottle of reagent, shake to mix and then dispense three drops into the sample well of the test cassette. Easy peasy.You have the result in ten minutes, easy to read with clear lines.Great value kit and a lot less hassle than getting a blood test at the GP!

Easy to follow instructions to check for gluten intolerance.I would strongly recommend that you read all the instructions, then read them again to make sure you understand the process and then do the test - it's a similar idea to the lateral flow kits we used for Covid except it uses a few drops of blood.The lancet used to prick your finger is very sharp so it does the job well and very easily, with just the sensation of a small, quick scratch - it DOES NOT hurt! Just make sure your hands are warm and follow the instructions on massaging the area to ensure the best blood supply.I have always wondered if I had a gluten intolerance however I was pleased that my results came back negative.

Clear and easy to follow instructions. All the equipment is included for x1 test but you do get a spare finger pricker in case one fails. The pricker is easy to use and only stings a little bit. I’d recommend following the guidelines of using the side of your ring finger as it does remain a little bit sore afterwards. I also bled more than I expected so have tissues handy too. I didn’t get the blood to the black line as the pipette didn’t seem to suck anymore but the sample was still enough for the test. I’m happy to say my result was negative and it has put my mind at ease. The results are quick (like a Covid test) and it was easy to do in the comfort of your own home. Recommended!
