Your Triggers, Not Generic Lists

Rather than following generic advice to "cut out gluten" or "try dairy-free," you'll receive results that show what YOUR body specifically reacts to.

Simple and Fast

The process is straightforward: collect a small hair sample at home, mail it in, and receive your detailed report via email in 3-5 business days. No appointments, no blood draws, no complicated preparation.

Start with Clear Direction

Rather than spending weeks or months testing one food at a time, you'll have a comprehensive list of potential triggers from day one.

What's Tested?

Developed through over 17 years of ongoing research, our cutting-edge bioresonance specialists provide one of the most detailed non-invasive sensitivity screenings available in the UK.

Our Individual Sensitivity Test evaluates 600 potential food and environmental sensitivities, all it takes is a small sample of hair.

Environmentally Conscious Testing

Most at-home tests ship unnecessary packaging that creates waste and increases costs.

We simplified the process. All we need is a small hair sample.

Our environmental impact:

  • 264,514 tests completed without excess packaging
  • 0.75 kg CO₂ saved per test (approximately 198 tonnes total)
  • Packaging emissions avoided equivalent to nearly 8,000 mature trees' annual carbon absorption
  • Environmental footprint equivalent to approximately 40 football pitches of forest

Note:This is a digital submission product. No physical kit will be mailed.

Individual Sensitivity Test FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I complete a hair test on a child?

Children can complete a hair sensitivity test once they reach five years old due to their immune system changes and the importance of eating a varied diet. Infants have not yet built up their tolerance levels to items, highlighting false positives in their test results. However, it is up to the parents or guardians if they would still like to proceed knowing this.

Does the hair sample need to contain the root?

The safest way to take a hair sample is to ask someone else to help you. Using your forefinger and thumb, gather 3 or 4 strands and slightly twist the hair together. This will make cutting the hair sample much more accessible and keep all the hair strand in the same direction. Try to cut the hair sample as close to the scalp as possible, using one cut. If you do not have anyone to help you, using a mirror may help ensure you avoid injury. If this hasn’t answered your question, please reach out below!

How do I take a hair sample?

Using your forefinger and thumb gather 3 or 4 strands and slightly twist the hair together. This will make cutting the hair sample much easier and keep all the hair strand in the same direction. Try to cut the hair sample as close to the scalp as possible, using one cut. We do not need the follicle (bulb) for the testing. You do not actually have to cut your hair. You can brush your hair and collect hair strands from your hairbrush.

How does hair testing work?

We use Bio Resonance technology to test the hair samples. This works by scanning the hair sample to create a profile of a particular person’s energy that radiates from the DNA. With this profile, we can then scan all of the items in the chosen test against the hair sample. If, for a specific reason, a particular items pattern does not harmonize with that of the hair sample of the client, then the energy is distorted and therefore does not co-operate, showing as sensitivity, deficiency and/or imbalance.

How much hair do I have to provide?

We usually ask for 3-4 hairs, if the hair is longer than an inch. If the hair is shorter than this, 7-8 hairs is usually sufficient for testing. We usually ask for 3-4 hairs, if the hair is longer than an inch. My hair is dyed, permed or treated; will this affect the result?

The test is completed on the hair sample composition so that no hair processing will not affect the result. However, if you would like, you can provide hair from elsewhere on the body.

My hair is very short, or I am bald. Can I still complete the tests?
