Step 1
Choose your test and place your order online. You will be sent an order confirmation email containing all the information you need to test your sample.
Step 2
Complete your online submission and collect your sample. All it takes is a small sample, 3-4 strands, to complete the test.
Step 3
Send your sample to our facilities. If you have selected the "Physical Test Kit" test method, you will be sent a test kit to send your sample back in.
Step 4
Receive your results in 5–7 working days once your sample is received. Your results will be sent to your email and will come with a helpful elimination diet guide.

Wasn't quite what I thought it was, probably wouldn't bother again. I thought it might show up food intolerances as I have lactose intolerance problems and dust allergies but it came up with nothing at all. Perhaps I was expecting too much.

Results are interesting, does suggest what you are intolerant to. Took longer to get Results, but that was due to the post office. Used 1st class stamp, but took a week to arrive for testing.

I was,skeptical about this..but i knew i already had some issues with food ..I picked up on the things I already knew about and some few surprises in there but it made perfect sense and it also picked up on my tree allergies and certain grasses ...so I know its correct as I've known about this for a long time ..I am in the process of changing my diet ..I will retest after 6 months just to see if it's any better ..I have recommended this test to other people
