After submitting an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please review all details and notify us immediately if any information is incorrect.
All quoted timelines for dispatch, delivery, processing, and results are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. While we aim to meet these guidelines, we cannot accept liability if timeframes vary.
We are not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen samples that have not been received by us. You are responsible for the postage cost when sending samples.
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with your results after completing the full elimination diet.
The Satisfaction Guarantee can only be requested after the elimination diet has been completed and within 90 days of purchase.If your results have already been issued, we may request your elimination diary before processing a refund.
Refunds cannot be issued if identical samples are submitted under false or duplicate details.

Customers in the EU and UK have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Goods must be unused and unopened. Refunds cover the product price (standard delivery only). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend sending your samples as soon as possible after purchase. You may reschedule your test within 12 months of payment at no additional cost.
If your purchase was made more than 12 months ago, unfortunately we are no longer able to offer testing.
If your test was purchased from a third-party retailer, partner, or marketplace, you must contact that retailer directly for any refund or service queries.
If the retailer offers a money-back guarantee, the refund must be issued by them, as no payment was made directly to us.
